GCL International Ltd is looking for an HR Specialist for their Bangladesh Office.

Position : HR Specialist

Job Responsibility:

• Overseeing the entire human resources department to make sure it runs smoothly
• Observing laws and employment legislation across the company
• Analyzing and interpreting data to create reports in HRIS
• Managing recruitment, selection and promotion processes
• Preparing job descriptions, contractual terms and conditions of employment
• Managing payroll
• Managing employee relations, including facilitating mediation of disputes and dealing with issues like bullying and harassment
• Preparing, planning and assigning work
• Analyzing staffing needs to determine training and development requirements
• Tracking and managing employee absence records

Requirements and skills:

• At least 2 years work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role (Must).
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Basic knowledge of local legislation
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor or Masters in Human Resources Management (Must)
