GCL International Ltd is looking for an HR Specialist for their Bangladesh Office.

Position : HR Specialist

Job Responsibility:
- Overseeing the entire human resources department to make sure it runs smoothly
- Observing laws and employment legislation across the company
- Analyzing and interpreting data to create reports in HRIS
- Managing recruitment, selection and promotion processes
- Preparing job descriptions, contractual terms and conditions of employment
- Managing payroll
- Managing employee relations, including facilitating mediation of disputes and dealing with issues like bullying and harassment
- Preparing, planning and assigning work
- Analyzing staffing needs to determine training and development requirements
- Tracking and managing employee absence records

Requirements and skills:
- At least 2 years work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role (Must).
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of local legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor or Masters in Human Resources Management (Must)
