GCL International Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Officer to join our Bangladesh team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in a Certification Body and possess strong analytical, communication, and marketing skills. Position: Business Development Officer
Probation: 3 months-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of market data and competitors (creation of excel graphs, charts, etc.)
Create Digital 12 market media one-sheets
Attend relevant online webinars and present the topline summary to the team
Creation/adaptation of product presentations (use of PowerPoints, other graphic/text editing tools)
Management of reporting on products (recaps, updates, summaries, etc.)
Management of materials related to the products (digital assets distribution/downloads, product sheets translations, newsletter, etc.)
Support to internal and external events, presentations, etc.
Support in the coordination/management of relations with external and internal contacts (suppliers, agencies, community, international colleagues, etc.)
Assisting with the planning, development, and execution of Country Marketing Plans of the titles assigned to the Seniors
Coordinating with the Seniors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA) in Marketing from a recognized university.
1–3 years of experience in a Certification Body or a similar industry.
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Illustrator) will be considered an added advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
