i) Full refund of audit fee, if the audit is not planned or cancellation is done by the operator more then 15 calendar days
before the audit announcement date.
ii) 50% refund of the audit fee, if the audit is not planned or cancelled by the operator less then 15 calendar days before the
audit announcement date
iii) No refund of the company audit fee if the operator seeks cancellation when audit is already initiated
iv) The operator may seek a full refund in case GCL unable to complete the audit within 60 days from the date of
acceptance of GCL scheme rule or confirmation of client audit fee payment whichever is latest.
In all cases of cancellation, the license fee is refundable but not the administration fee.
Note: For all services other than audit services, once the fee is processed, it is final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of the service’s stage, progress, or completion. We emphasize the importance of thoroughly reviewing the terms and conditions before availing of any service. The non-refundability is in place to ensure our commitment to resource allocation, service quality, and prompt delivery. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our operations. Exceptions to this policy are only valid where explicitly mentioned elsewhere in our terms and conditions.
