Position: Accounts and Admin Officer
Probation: 3 months-6 months
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• Month and end-year process
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Cash receipts
• General ledger
• Treasury, budgeting
• Cash forecasting
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Capital assets reconciliations
• Fixed asset activity
• Debit activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Tracking organization expenses
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Administrative Duties:
• Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions.
• HR Support: Maintain employee records, assist in recruitment, and handle attendance tracking.
• Inventory Management: Oversee office supplies and procurement processes.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
• Document Management: Manage and store both financial and non-financial documents securely.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers for services, repairs, and procurement needs.
• Event Coordination: Organize meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualification: BBA or MBA
Knowledge and Skill:
• Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to take on new tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• MS Word/ Excel/Power Point.
• The applicants must have 1 year experience in Accounts Section
